Body Wisdom is an adolescent self-awareness program to help build confidence and decrease risk-taking behaviors.

Topics include menstruation, fertility, hormonal changes, coping skills, media, and pornography. Helping our youth enter adulthood with a positive attitude toward sexuality and a commanding edge on understanding their rights and responsibilities. Topics are explored through art, creative projects, and ceremony.

Then the Body Wisdom facilitator training is for you!

We will take a deep dive into strategies that support youth as they explore sensitive topics with respect to each participant.

Eileen blends her extensive wisdom as a midwife, gained from 25 years of attending birth with expertise in facilitating groups to this training.

Her unique background makes this amazing training a must have opportunity for all those interested in working to support youth in a meaningful way

This training consists of six, 90-minute sessions, every Wednesday via Zoom. (begins Wednesday, January 20th) And includes all the necessary resources to guide you through becoming a Body Wisdom Facilitator
